To whom the course is aimed?

This course is aimed for brothers and sisters with former or current Madrasah or Arabic background. Minimum qualification is Junior Dakhil/Class 8/Hidayatun Nahw equivalent. 

What skills will you gain from the course?

  • To complete the basic levels in all four skills of the Arabic language: listening, speaking, reading, writing

  • To be able to understand the general meaning of the Quran and Hadith and translate them easily 

  • To read and understand any basic classical or modern Arabic book or passage without diacritics (harakat).

  • Special practices on freehand Arabic writing.

  • Special practices on Standard Arabic speaking..

Class System  

Online classes, conducted live through Zoom application. 

Every student must be present during the classes. Classes are recorded only for internal review purposes, and no class record will be provided to any student unless someone had an absolute emergency and took a leave of absence beforehand. 

Course materials

The materials used in instruction are uniquely and specifically designed and organised for this course. The materials include our own research-based book, lecture sheets, and excerpts of original texts. Students are prohibited from sharing the materials with anyone outside Sibawayh.

Course Fees

  • Tk. 6,000 (Students may avail ~15% discount and pay only Tk. 5,000).

  • You may pay the whole amount up front, or pay in 2 (two) installments. If  you opt for 2-installments, you need to pay at least Tk. 4,000 (or Tk. 3,000 for students) as first installment at admission time.

  • Time : 3 Days/Week, 2 Hours Per Class
  • Exam : Assessments and exams are held after every 12/14 classes (total of 6 exams covering all 4 language skills).
  • Certificate : Students achieving a minimum of 60% in all exams will be provided a certificate.

জীবনের মোক্ষম সময়ে এসে দ্বীনি বোনদের সোহবতে ধর্মীয় কন্সেপ্টগুলোকে নবরূপে লালন করতে শিখলাম ,দুনিয়ার সবকিছুর পেছনেই যে একজন মুমিনা ছুটতে পারে না সেসব উপলব্ধি করলাম।অতঃপর স্বপ্ন পরিবর্তিত হলো, ভালোবাসা রূপান্তরিত হলো। কালের পরিক্রমায় সেই আল-লুগাতুল আরাবিয়্যাহই এখন আমার ড্রিম সাব্জেক্ট , আরবিতে স্কিল্ড হওয়াই জীবনের ওয়ান অফ দা টার্গেটস ।

এজ আ মাদ্রাসা ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড স্টুডেন্ট, যারা জেনারেলের আছেন,তাদেরকে আমি বোঝাতে পারব না এখানে আপনারা কি পেতে যাচ্ছেন! প্রয়োজন শুধু ধারাবাহিকতা মেইন্টেইন করা,দ্যাটস ইট। সিবাওয়াইয়ের বইগুলোর অর্গানাইজেশন সম্পর্কে সহপাঠী আপুকে একবার বলেছিলাম, উই আর অন দা রাইট কোর্স। আরেকটা প্লাস পয়েন্ট হচ্ছে, কিছুকিছু টপিক রিপিটেডলি মেনশন করে বইটা প্রিপেয়ার করা হয়েছে। যেটা প্রত্যেক লেভেলের স্টুডেন্টদের জন্য খুবই ইফেক্টিভ।
পাশাপাশি ইন্সট্রাক্টর হাশমত উস্তায সূচনালগ্ন থেকেই বাংলা,ইংরেজির কম্বিনেশনে দারুণভাবে দারস দিয়ে যাচ্ছেন। প্রতিটি বিষয় আমাদের বোধগম্য করে তুলবার জন্য তার প্রচেষ্টা নজিরবিহীন।প্রায়শই উস্তাযকে অবান্তর সব প্রশ্নবাণে বিরক্ত করি,তিনি হরহামেশাই সবরের সাথে উত্তর দিয়ে থাকেন। বারাকাহুল্লহ।
মাদ্রাসায় কখনো এতো ইজিলি রিপ্রেজেন্ট করা হয় না,এতসব উদ্ভট প্রশ্নের জবাবও দেয়া হয় না। এতো ডিটেইল্ড ওয়েতে তাদরিস করানো হয় না। এক্সেপশোনাল থাকতে পারে তবে আমি আমার প্রতিষ্ঠানে পাইনি। তাই আগ্রহও জন্মায়নি কখনো।
ইভেন বোর্ড এক্সামে লিখে এসেছি এরূপ রিলেটেড কিছু টপিকের ইউজেস জানলাম সিবাওয়াইতে এসে, না আসলে হয়তো আনক্লিয়ারই থেকে যেত অনেককিছু।
সর্বোপরি, সিবাওয়াই ইজ আ ব্লেসিং ফর মি। রাব্বুল আরশিল আজিমের কাছে প্রার্থনা করি,তিনি সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে দুনিয়া এবং আখিরাতে উত্তম প্রতিদান দিক।আল্লাহর কালাম অনুধাবনে উদগ্রীব অন্তরসমূহের অভিলাষগুলোকে এভাবেই পূরণ করে চলুক সিবাওয়াই।
